We have seen the "leaks" from various sites, we have heard rumours, we have but now the official confirmation from Nikon. The new Nikon DF is on its way to us !!!!!



Does it look classical? Maybe !!!



Nikon promotes this camera under the slogan of "Pure Photography" and combining with the "classic" FM similar outlook, it appears Nikon is trying to re-ignite the passion of photography back into us consumer crowd. Aren't we all passionate about photography? of course we are !! Don't we all favour the vintage outlook ?? Of course we do. So, would removing the screen at the back of the latest Nikon DF further enhances the vintage look?? I believe so, but that's not too practical especially in today's digital age. We are so passionate about photography we would need to see the images NOW, not 2 hours later which was considered fast in the era of the Fotomax days.







You can check the spec from the official Nikon website. All in all I'm sure the camera is brilliant, quality on par with the Nikon we have come to expect through out all these years. But does it really look like a classical FM body??? Personally I feel different.
