Since I want to buy a fixed len and this is really cheap. What is the quality of this lens? Where will get the lowest price? What is the difference between it and 50mm f1.4?? sorry for too much question :approve: |

| 20 | galant | i use 50 f1.8 II, quality quite good at this cost, u can taste feeling of large aparture by $680, very cheap already :p i didn't own 50 f/1.4, most ppl said the color of this lens is more rich/sharp than 50 f/1.8, with USM, $2500 vs $680 worth or not?? it's up to you... if you think you will always use 50mm focal length, then simply buy 50mm f/1.4 if just want to have a try at first glance, 50 f/1.8 would be a better choice..
